Updated July 2015

Hi, I am Olivia Davis. I am a First-Team All Ohio and All-Region Field Hockey player and First-Team All-Ohio Track Runner (800). I'm Honors/AP graduate of Fairmont High School in Kettering, Ohio with a 3.94 GPA (un-weighted). I'm a member of the National Honor Society, Junior and Senior Year recipient of the Fairmont Scholar Athlete award, Dayton Daily News Athlete of the Week, and 2015 winner of the JoAnn Ray Top Fairmont Female Athlete award. I play Violin in the High School Symphony Orchestra, and am the 2014-15 Class Council Communication Officer.

I was named to the 2014 Harrow NFHCA HS All-Region team, All-Ohio, and All-Conference as well as the NFHCA 2014 Keith Waldman National Academic Squad Scholar of Distinction. I have been captain of my HS team my Junior and Senior years. In the summers, I lead my team's summer conditioning program and help run our Middle School Summer Field Hockey camp. As a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior I was a Varsity Starter for my High School team, starting all games all 4 years. As a sophomore, junior and senior I led my team in goals and assists, playing 60 mins in every game. In my junior and senior years I assisted or scored over 70% of the teams goals. I mostly play Forward and Mid.

As captain of my club team (Coyotes), we have participated in all national events with success including Festival, Disney, NIT, and NCC. We ended our 2012 season ranked 12th in the USAFH U16 National Club Rankings. As U19's, my team and I improved our club ranking 31 positions over the 2012-13 season (currently ranked #17) with our goal to be ranked in the top 15 by the end of the 2014-15 season.

I was also selected for and participated in the National Futures Championship in 2012 (U16), 2013 (U19), 2014 (U19), and 2015 (U19 Championship Winners).

In the spring of 2014 and 2015, my teammates and I traveled to New Mexico over our Spring Break to teach Field Hockey to young players at the Taos Pueblo school. It was a very rewarding experience to introduce the game to so many grade school children!

In addition to Field Hockey, I'm also a 4 year Track Varsity runner, competing in the 800, 4x800, and 4x400 races and relays. I set my school record for the 800 multiple times my senior year, and placed 7th overall at the Ohio Division I HS State Championship with a PB and new school record of 2:12.81 for the 800.

I'm excited to continue my Field Hockey as a Golden Flash at Kent State University in the fall of 2015!
